Air Atomising Nozzles
Our Air Atomising Nozzles use compressed air to generate fluids with a variety of spray patterns. These fluids can include alcohol based odorants to viscous fluids like grease, glues and even chocolate. For any nozzle setup or selection of fluid and air cap combination, our air atomising nozzles can be fine-tuned to balance fluid and air atomising pressure to produce the widest possible range of spray patterns and applications.
Wide Flat Spray Nozzles
Our Wide Flat Spray Nozzles are designed to produce a wide spray pattern of up to 165° and can be operated at low pressures in comparison to other types of nozzle. This low pressure and wide spray pattern attribute is produced by a deflection surface designed in our Type CD3 nozzle and DH tip. In addition, the orifice is designed to prevent any clogging therefore making the most suitable nozzle for a variety of lubrication needs that requires low maintenances.
