Hydraulic Atomising Nozzles Type CX & MX

Our Hydraulic Atomising Nozzles Type CX & MX are designed to produce fine atomised droplets using hydraulic pressure. These hydraulic atomising nozzles are available in stainless steel or brass – as a tip assembly, or as a single piece with 1/4″ BSP thread. Flow rates 5.2L/hour to 520L/hour, operating pressure 2 Bar to 80 Bar making these atomising nozzles highly effective when adjusting your humidity levels for any given environment.

Fogging Nozzles

Our Fogging Nozzles are designed to produce mist with low impact with a variety of spray patterns. The water mist and fog nozzle contains nominal flow rates of 19, 27 and 38 litres per minute at 3 Bar pressure. Their flow rate and droplet size can be modified by adjusting the pressure, making them suitable for a variety of applications including humidification.

Multi-Head Mist Nozzles

Our Multi-Head Misting Nozzles are designed with 7 threaded sockets fed from a gallery in the main body producing spray patterns that cover a very wide arc. At Spraytech these nozzles are available in 3 different sizes – ¾”, 1” or 1 ½” BSPF with flow rates that range from 3.1 L/min to 350 L/min and operating pressures from 1 to 10 Bar. This means you will be able to find the right multi-head misting nozzle for a variety of humidification applicationsB
