About Spraytech’s Disc & Core Assemblies DV:

The Type DV Hollow Cone Nozzle Assembly Disc & Core design is rated at a higher operating pressure to deliver finer atomization.

The Delrin plastic core gives the liquid a rotary motion before it passes through the aperture of a steel disc. The spray pattern is axial, in line with nozzle inlet.

Rated flows are from 0.48 L/minute to 3.99 L/minute, operating pressures from 3 Bar to 10 Bar. Thread connections 1/8”, 1/4” or 3/8” (BSPT male or female) when assembled with retainer and body.

Materials:

The nozzle uses standard tip assembly components – select retainer and body combinations of stainless steel or brass, and filter of plastic, stainless steel or brass.
