About Spraytech’s High Pressure Solid Stream Nozzles:
High Pressure Solid Stream Nozzles (Pencil Jet Nozzles) have a zero-degree spray angle, and are available in a very wide range of aperture sizes. They are generally Type HP with a 1/8″ or 1/4″ BSP(M) thread size, or Type C3 for larger sizes.
Performance charts for the different sizes and pressures are as per the Tables for the Type HP and Type C3 nozzle.
How to order:
To order, please specify thread size and type; nozzle type, capacity code or flow rate and operating pressure, and the zero degree spray angle.
Material:
- Construction is hardened Stainless Steel for Type HP
- Stainless Steel AISI Grade 304
- Stainless Steel AISI Grade 316
- Brass for Type C3
