About Spraytech’s Type E Air Atomising Nozzle Assemblies:

The Air Atomising Assembly Type E uses compressed air to carry viscous fluids. Different ‘setups’ are available to give a variety of spray patterns, and these are compatible with automatic spray guns Type PA. A range of accessories is available including cleanout needle assemblies, flow adjustment and shutoff kits, kits for wall mounting the nozzles, extensions and heating chambers.

Materials:

  • Nickel-plated brass
  • Stainless Steel AISI Grade 304
  • Stainless Steel AISI Grade 316
  • Lucite plastics (available on request)

Applications

Type E Air Atomising Assembly Spray Applications:

Within its engineering and design, this nozzle uses compressed air to carry viscous fluids such as grease, glues and even chocolate. Atomising the sprayed fluid to give the finest droplet size.
