About Spraytech’s Air & Steam Nozzles / Tips:

Spraytech Systems supplies Air& Steam Nozzles / Tips for use in a variety of applications where gas, air or steam spray is required.  Our air & steam nozzles and tips include the CD3 flat spray nozzle and C5 air & steam tip.

The CD3 is a one-piece air nozzle, while the C5 spray nozzle tip can be assembled with accessories. The CD3 air & steam nozzle and C5 air & steam tip are both available in either brass or stainless steel (AISI 303 or AISI 316.)

The CD3 air & steam nozzle and C5 air & steam tips produce a flat jet spray using either an elliptic orifice or surface defection, resulting in a uniform spray distribution.

Type CD3 Flat Spray Wide Nozzle:

• Available: Male
• Thread sizes BSPT(M): ⅛″, ¼″, ⅜″
• Spray angle: 17˚ to 85˚
• Air Capacity (litres per minute): 4.5 to 1140
• Steam Capacity (kilograms per hour): 0.15 to 42.0
• Pressure (bar): 0.7 to 3.5

Type C5 Air & Steam Tip:

• Available: Female and Male
• Thread sizes BSPT(F): ¼″, ⅜″
• Spray angle: 60˚ to 85˚
• Air Capacity (litres per minute): 21 to 1724
• Steam Capacity (kilograms per hour): 0.7 to 63.0
• Air Pressure (bar): 0.7 to 6.0
• Steam Pressure (bar): 1.0 to 7.0
